DISCUSSION...RECENT SURFACE ANALYSIS PLACED A LOW NEAR THE SD/IA
BORDER WITH A COLD FRONT ARCING EWD INTO CNTRL IA AND THEN SSWWD
ACROSS NRN MO. AN ADDITIONAL LOW WAS LOCATED OVER W-CNTRL WI WITH A
WARM FRONT EXTENDING NEWD INTO CNTRL LAKE SUPERIOR. A WEAK
STATIONARY BOUNDARY EXTENDS BETWEEN THESE TWO LOWS. 

BAND OF TSTMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE LEADING EDGE OF STRONGER LARGE
SCALE FORCING FOR ASCENT EXTENDS FROM THE SRN MN/WI BORDER SWD INTO
W-CNTRL IL. NEWD MOTION OF THESE STORMS WILL TAKE THEM AWAY FROM THE
BETTER LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY WITH AN OVERALL DOWNWARD
TREND ANTICIPATED OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. EVEN WITH THE ANTICIPATED
