* UNTIL 445 PM MDT
    
* AT 138 PM MDT...THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS AN EXTENSION OF THE
  PRIOR FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE SAME AREA.  THUNDERSTORMS
  CONTINUE TO TRACK OVER THE LOWER PARIA AND BUCKSKIN WASH.  BOTH OF
  THESE AREAS ARE VERY FLASH FLOOD PRONE.

* RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER
  AN INCH HAVE FALLEN...WITH MORE ON THE WAY.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM MDT FOR
SOUTH CENTRAL KANE COUNTY...

AT 341 PM MDT...RAINFALL OVER THE BUCKSKIN AND LOWER PARIA DRAINAGE
HAS MOVED TO THE NORTHEAST.  HOWEVER...THESE AREAS HAVE RECEIVED
UPWARDS OF AN INCH OR MORE IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.  

FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING IN THE BUCKSKIN WITH PEOPLE STRANDED AND
CARS STUCK AS FLOODWATERS HAVE FLOWED OVER THE HOUSEROCK ROAD AND
ROADS FARTHER SOUTH.

THESE AREAS ARE EXPECTED TO FLASH UNTIL LATE EVENING...AND THEN FLOW
THROUGH THE NIGHTTIME HOURS.  IF YOU ARE TRAVELING THROUGH THIS
AREA...PLEASE BE VIGILANT.
