  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE FAR SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE PARIA RIVER
  DRAINAGE IN KANE COUNTY AND WAHWEAP CREEK. FLASH FLOODING IS
  EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  BIG WATER, WAHWEAP CREEK TO THE TERMINUS AT LAKE POWELL AND THE
  PARIA RIVER NEAR THE UTAH AND ARIZONA BORDER
