* AT 458 PM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR LIDDIEVILLE...OR 7 MILES EAST OF
  COLUMBIA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND HALF DOLLAR SIZE HAIL.
