POINTS SOUTHWEST CONTINUES TO APPROACH THE FOUR STATE REGION THIS
MORNING. LINE IS FORECAST TO HOLD TOGETHER AND BRING AN ADDITIONAL
ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL TO MCCURTAIN COUNTY INTO NORTHEAST
TEXAS BY DAYBREAK.

WITH UPPER-LEVEL LOW ACROSS THE MIDWEST MAKING SLOW EASTWARD PROGRESS
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL REMAINS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE REGION. A
FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

AN APPROACHING FRONTAL BOUNDARY...COMBINED WITH AMPLE LOW-LEVEL
MOISTURE AND AN UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE WILL ALLOW FOR THE
POSSIBILITY OF ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS TODAY AND THURSDAY.
HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS WILL BE THE MAIN THREAT. THE THREAT AREA
FOR TODAY WILL BE MAINLY ACROSS EAST AND NORTHEAST
TEXAS...SOUTHERN ARKANSAS AND NORTH LOUISIANA. ON THURSDAY...THE
