WESTCHESTER AND CENTRAL ORANGE COUNTIES...

At 1233 AM EST, a light snow band was located along a line extending
from Poughkeepsie NY southeast to New London CT. Movement was
southwest at 15 mph. Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible with this
snow causing reduced visbilities in blowing snow.

This snow band will be near...
Beacon around 115 AM EST.
Newburgh and New Windsor around 125 AM EST.
Wallkill around 135 AM EST.
Walden and Montgomery around 155 AM EST.
Goshen around 225 AM EST.
Middletown and Otisville around 230 AM EST.
