for the following river in Missouri...Nebraska...
Missouri River At Brownville affecting Atchison and Nemaha
Counties.
Missouri River At Rulo affecting Holt and Richardson Counties.
.Heavy rain from last night has caused the Missouri River downstream
of the Platte River confluence to rise substaintly overnight. The
river is expected to reach flood stage downstream of Nebraska City
and near flood stage at Plattsmouth and Nebraska City. These
projected river levels are highly contingent on past rainfall
estimates thus it is possible the river doesn't get as high as
currently projected.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Do not drive cars through areas where water covers the road. The
water depth may be too great to allow your vehicle to pass safely.
