.DISCUSSION...Sunshine providing considerable heating...and will
lower sky cover early and also bump temps up. Latest models indicating
convection likely to form first in mountains and plateau areas
today. Will adjust pops to better reflect this. With significant
instability today but unimpressive shear...still looks like severe
storms will be possible with damaging winds and hail the primary
threats.
