WINDS BEING THE PRIMARY THREAT. TRAINING CELLS OVER INLAND SOUTHEAST
MISSISSIPPI AND WEST-CENTRAL ALABAMA MAY BRING LOCALIZED FLOODING.

THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ON AREA BEACHES TODAY THROUGH
TONIGHT.
