CURRENTLY VERY WINDY CONDITIONS WERE OCCURRING ACROSS A GOOD
PORTION OF THE WESTERN MIDSOUTH WITH LOOSE TOP SOIL CAUSING A
BLOWING DUST STORM. VISIBILITIES AT TIMES WERE DOWN TO A QUARTER
OF A MILE OR LESS. STRONGEST WIND GUSTS OF 43 KTS/50 MPH HAVE
OCCURRED AT BOTH JONESBORO AND CORNING. FURTHER EAST...WINDS WERE
SLIGHTLY CALMER BUT STILL GUSTY TO 35 MPH. TEMPERATURES RANGED
FROM THE MID 60S IN NORTHWEST TENNESSEE TO NEAR 80F IN CLARKSDALE
