GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS WILL AFFECT PORTIONS OF LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA
COUNTIES THIS MORNING, WITH LOCALLY DAMAGING WIND GUSTS IN THE
MOUNTAINS.

IT WILL BE BREEZY IN THESE AREAS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING, THEN
NORTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN LATE TONIGHT.

HIGH SURF WILL AFFECT WEST AND NORTHWEST FACING BEACHES OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO AND SANTA BARBARA COUNTIES THROUGH MID MORNING.

THERE WILL BE A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ON AREA BEACHES TODAY AND
TONIGHT.
