including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of
Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around
the park. Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County
become flooded.

TOTALS OR QPF INDICATES THAT 2 TO NEAR 4 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE
ACROSS OUR SOUTHEAST TEXAS COUNTY WARNING AREA BY TUESDAY 12Z.
SINCE OUR GROUND IS FAIRLY DRY WITH ONLY ONE DAY THIS MONTH OF 1
INCH OR BETTER OF PRECIPITATION...AND THE FLASH FLOOD GUIDANCE
