  Bluff, Old Ferry, Old Pump, Kinder Cemetary, Green Oaks, Fosset and
  Lyles roads.

  Lyles roads.

  Pump Road and Kinder Cemetery Road. The Old Pump Road Bridge over 
  the Calcasieu River begins to flood.

  of the Texas and Pacific railroad bridge at Boyce. Considerable 
  backwater flooding will occur.
* Impact...At stages near 35.0 feet...Considerable overflow below 
  Alexandria to the confluence with the Black River occurs. Backwater
  flooding worsens along inflow bayous that drain into the Red River.
* Impact...At stages near 33.0 feet...Backwater flooding begins 
  along Bayou Maria and Huffman Creeks east of Pineville.
* Impact...At stages near 32.0 feet...Flooding of lowland areas near
  the river occurs and recreational boating is affected.
* Impact...At stages near 31.0 feet...Some of the outfall canals are
  slowed or not allowed to drain into the river between 31 and 32 
  feet. Depending on rainfall this could cause flooding along some of
  the bayous, especially along Bayou Rigolette.
* Impact...At stages near 28.0 feet...Overflow occurs on floodway 
  side of levee from gauge to Acme. Recreational boaters should use 
  extreme caution due to high river flows.
* Impact...At stages near 23.0 feet...When the river reaches 23 feet
  with a predicted continual rise, the public boat ramps in Rapides 
  and Avoyelles parishes will close. These include the ramps at 
  Boyce, Fort Buhlow, Alexandria Levee Park, Lock and Dam #2, 
  Brouillette and Ben Routh recreation areas.

  The Atchafalaya River At Morgan City.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 10:00 AM Wednesday the stage was 5.8 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage by Thursday
  morning and continue to rise to near 7.5 feet by Friday morning.
* Impact...At stages near 7.0 feet...Buildings at the foot of Ann 
  Street on the river side of the flood wall will flood as water 
  overtops the Rio Oil Company dock. Buildings on the river side of 
  the Berwick floodwall will flood. River traffic restrictions will 
  be strictly enforced.

THE RADAR HAS BEEN QUIET TONIGHT WITH JUST A SPRINKLE OF
RAIN MAINLY OVER SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA. TEMPERATURES ACROSS
INTERIOR TEXAS HAD FALLEN INTO THE MID 50S...ELSEWHERE LOWER
TO MID 60S PREVAILED. PATCHY FOG HAD DEVELOPED ACROSS THE AREA
WITH LOWER VISIBILITIES TEMPORARILY AFFECTED LAKE CHARLES AND
SURROUNDING AREAS.

TODAY EXPECT THE UPPER LEVEL LEVEL LOW...CURRENTLY EAST OF AUSTIN
TEXAS TO MOVE NORTHEAST INTO EAST TEXAS THIS AFTERNOON AND TO
NORTHERN LOUISIANA THIS EVENING. MOST OF THE AREA WAS DRY SLOTTED
YESTERDAY AND THEREFORE WE HAD A NICE BREAK IN THE RAINFALL.
HOWEVER...THIS MORNING WE SEE AN UPTICK IN MOISTURE RETURNING
ACROSS THE AREA AS INDICATED ON WATER VAPOR IMAGERY. THIS MOISTURE
WAS BEING DRAWN INTO THE UPPER LEVEL AS IT BEGINS TO MOVE NORTHWARD.

HRRR 1KM REFLECTIVITY THROUGH 20Z POINTS TO THE AIRMASS BECOMING
UNSTABLE AS DAYTIME HEATING BEGINS. SURGING MOISTURE WILL EASILY
GET TAPPED TODAY AND THEREFORE HAVE INCREASED POPS ACROSS THE
AREA WITH THE BEST CHANCE ACROSS OUR NORTH AND EAST.THE WEATHER
PREDICTION CENTER QPF FORECAST SHOWS LESS THAN 1/2 AN INCH ACROSS
THE EASTERN AREAS AND .10 TO .43 ACROSS THE NORTHERN AREAS.

AS THE UPPER LOW LIFTS COMPLETELY OUT THIS EVENING...DRY WEATHER
WILL BUILD INTO OUR AREA FOR THE THE REST OF THE WEEKEND WITH
TEMPERATURES REMAINING ABOVE AVERAGE DURING THE WEEKEND.

A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL MOVE NORTH OF THE AREA EARLY MONDAY
IN THE FAST ZONAL TYPE FLOW MONDAY AND TUESDAY. MOISTURE AND LIFT
WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT ENOUGH TO GET MUCH MORE THAN ISOLATED RAIN
DURING THIS PERIOD...HOWEVER BY WEDNESDAY THE CENTER PART OF THE
USA BEGINS TO SEE STRONGER SHORTWAVE ENERGY DIG FURTHER SOUTH AND
SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT TO DRIVE A COOL FRONT INTO THE AREA
WEDNESDAY. PACIFIC MOISTURE WILL GET TAPPED NEXT WEEK AND WILL
