HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING TO MOVE ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR
HAS INDICATED THAT PORTIONS OF THE WARNED AREA HAVE RECEIVED BETWEEN
1 AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN BETWEEN 2 AND 3 PM. UP TO AN ADDITIONAL INCH
OF RAIN IS EXPECTED TO FALL ACROSS THE AREA BETWEEN 3:30 AND 5 PM.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND STREAMS,
ROADS, AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS.
