EXPECTED WITH THE STRONGEST OF THESE STORMS. LOCALIZED FLOODING
OF SMALL STREAMS AREAS WITH POOR DRAINAGE IS POSSIBLE DUE TO
LOCALLY HEAVY DOWN POURS.
