east of m66 off of 9 Mile Road.

in the Jeffery subdivision. Portions of Linden Road, Riverside
Road, and Muskegon Trail begin to be covered by water. High water
also begins to surround several homes in the Doc and Tom
subdivision along Trout Road which is located off of 9 mile road,
east of M66.

.Dry weather is forecast for the next 24 hours...with rain holding
off until Wednesday afternoon. The rainfall should become steadier
by late Wednesday evening with the peak in the activity overnight.
A soaking rain is expected with most locations seeing between
0.50-1.00 inches through Thursday. This rainfall may push a few
rivers back out of their banks. So for now... the Flood Advisory has
been canceled for the Looking Glass River near Eagle and the Pere
Marquette River near Scottville...but a decent chance remains that
these rivers will again rise above bankfull Thursday or Friday. The
following forecast is based on observed and forecast 24 hour
precipitation.

Wednesday afternoon through this morning. Portions of the Muskegon
and Grand River basins have received between 1.00-1.50 inches of
rain... with a few basins over 1.50 inches. An additional 0.25-0.50
inches of rain will likely fall this morning through this evening.
Significant river rises are ongoing and expected to continue...
leading to the possibility of minor flooding due to rivers out of
their banks. The following forecast is based on observed and
forecast 24 hour precipitation.

THAT IN TURN FORCES A MERGER OF A SOUTHERN AND NORTHERN STREAM SHORTWAVE IN THE WEDNESDAY TIME FRAME. THIS BRING A STRONG SPRING STORM THROUGH THE CENTRAL UNITED STATES INTO THE GREAT LAKES. WITH THE TRACK OF THE SURFACE LOW WEST OF MICHIGAN THAT PUTS US IN THE WARM AIR AND WITH A GULF CONNECTION...
