EARLY THIS MORNING. WITH LESS SNOW...THE VISIBILITY HAS IMPROVED FOR
MOST LOCATIONS. THERE ARE STILL A FEW BANDS OF SNOW OUT THERE THAT
COULD LEAVE A LITTLE SNOW.
THE UPPER LOW THAT HAS BROUGHT THE SNOW TO THE AREA IS EXPECTED TO
MOVE THROUGH NORTHERN KANSAS TODAY AND INTO THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
TONIGHT. AS THE LOW MOVES TO THE EAST...THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO
DIMINISH THROUGH THE MORNING. MOST OF THE SNOW SHOULD BE ENDING BY
NOON...BUT THE NORTHEAST COULD HAVE A LITTLE LINGERING PRECIPITATION
