THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON OVER
FAR SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA INTO WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA. THE
FAVORED LOCATION FOR SEVERE STORMS WILL BE SOUTH OF A LINE FROM
WAHPETON TO PARK RAPIDS. STORM INITIATION IS EXPECTED AT 3PM OR
AFTER AND STORMS SHOULD EXIT THE REGION BY 7PM CDT. THE PRIMARY
HAZARD WILL BE DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL AND ISOLATED TORNADOES.
