45 MPH ARE EXPECTED TODAY OVER PARTS OF EAST CENTRAL KANSAS AND WEST
CENTRAL MISSOURI.

STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY
