IF THUNDERSTORMS MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS...LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL THURSDAY MORNING FOR AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF A SIGOURNEY...IOWA TO ALEDO ILLINOIS LINE. THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE STORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...MAINLY ALONG AND EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI. WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI...THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK OF SEVERE STORMS.
