SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS OVER RICHMOND RHODE
ISLAND...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

MINOR STREET FLOODING FROM TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WILL OCCUR ON ROADS
AND UNDERPASSES THAT ARE TYPICALLY PRONE TO FLOODING. THIS COULD
AFFECT PORTIONS OF INTERSTATE 95 AND 195 IN RHODE ISLAND AND
SOUTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS.
