Tombigbee River At Demopolis Lock and Dam Affecting Greene...
Hale...Marengo and Sumter Counties.
.Heavy rainfall of 3.5 inches has occurred since yesterday
over the Tombigbee river basin and a flood warning is now in effect for the Tombigbee
river at the Bevill Lock and dam where water levels have risen above the flooding level
and are expected to crest tomorrow afternoon at 124.5 feet and then begin to subside. Water leves at Dempolis will rise to the flood stage of 94.1 feet by Saturday February 6th then begin to subside.

fallen below flood stage at Bevill Lock and Dam.
