WESTERN ALLAMAKEE AND WINNESHIEK COUNTIES...

AT 842 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 9 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MABEL TO NEAR
FREDERICKSBURG. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

WIND GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
ADDITIONALLY TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS AND
MAY CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH
FLOODED ROADWAYS.

AT 1012 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR WAUCOMA TO NEAR WEST UNION TO NEAR
MAYNARD. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 35 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.

THESE STORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  WEST UNION AND MAYNARD AROUND 1020 PM CDT.
  FAYETTE AROUND 1030 PM CDT.
  ELGIN AND CLERMONT AROUND 1035 PM CDT.
  POSTVILLE AROUND 1045 PM CDT.
  VOLGA AROUND 1050 PM CDT.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...AND MAY
CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE 10 MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE
