KLSE BY THE MIDDLE OF THE MORNING. THE VISIBILITY HAS ALREADY COME
UP TO VFR SO DO NOT PLAN TO INCLUDE A SEPARATE TIMING GROUP AT
KLSE JUST TO DROP THE LIGHT RAIN. CEILINGS ARE GENERALLY STILL
MVFR...BUT AS THE MIXING GETS GOING THIS MORNING...SHOULD SEE
THESE RAISE UP TO VFR FOR BOTH SITES AND THEN REMAIN THERE THROUGH
THE REST OF THE PERIOD. SOME WIND GUSTS ALREADY OCCURRING OUT OF
THE NORTHWEST. THESE WILL INCREASE BY MID TO LATE MORNING WITH THE
BETTER MIXING AND EXPECT GUSTS OF 40 TO 45 KNOTS FOR BOTH SITES
