LOW LEVEL AIR FILTERS IN ON NORTHEAST WINDS. MVFR CIGS LOOKING TO
PERSIST THRU THE MORNING...THEN CIGS LIFTING THRU THE AFTERNOON WITH
DIURNAL WARMING AND THE DRIER NORTHEAST LOW-LEVEL FLOW. SOME SIGNAL
THAT A 2500-4000 FT BKN-OVC CLOUD DECK MAY PERSIST THRU MUCH OF
TONIGHT. HOWEVER WILL MAINTAIN OPTIMISM FOR DECREASING CLOUDS NORTH
TO SOUTH ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT...WITH CLOUD DECKS BECOMING SCT

TUESDAY'S HEAVY RAINS. ON THE BLACK RIVER...BLACK RIVER FALLS HAS
JUST FALLEN BELOW FLOOD AS OF 3 AM...WHILE GALESVILLE APPEARS TO
BE PEAKING AT THIS VERY MOMENT AS WELL...LIKELY TO START A STEADY
DOWNWARD FALL THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. MEANWHILE ON THE YELLOW
RIVER...NECEDAH HAS REACHED MAJOR FLOOD STAGE AND ACTUALLY
CONTINUES TO SLOWLY RISE. WOULDN'T BE SHOCKED IF WE SEE THAT SITE
GO UP JUST A BIT MORE THE NEXT FEW HOURS...THOUGH JUDGING BY
BABCOCK UPSTREAM...THE FLOOD WAVE IS QUICKLY ADVANCING TOWARD
NECEDAH RIGHT NOW. FARTHER SOUTH...STILL SEEING SOME IMPRESSIVE
DISCHARGE FROM CASTLE ROCK...THOUGH IT'S A BIT OF A GOOD SIGN TO
SEE UPSTREAM PETENWELL DAM HOLDING BACK SOME WATER NOW...THOUGH

ACCUMULATION. THE BEST CHANCE FOR ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL BE FOUND
