* THE SNOW SQUALLS WILL REMAIN OVER WEST CENTRAL SCHOHARIE AND
  SOUTHWESTERN WESTERN ALBANY COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 AM.

HEAVY FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CREATE VISIBILITY OF LESS THAN
ONE HALF MILE.
