THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT THIS AFTERNOON WILL FOCUS MAINLY
ALONG/NEAR AND OLD THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW BOUNDARY IN SOUTHEAST
OKLAHOMA AND ALONG OR NEAR A COOL FRONT SLICING THROUGH EASTERN
OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.

MARGINAL WIND FIELDS WILL COMBINE WITH AMPLE INSTABILITY
TO PRODUCE SOME STRONG AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON
INTO THE EVENING HOURS. DAMAGING WIND AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN
WILL BE THE PRIMARY THREATS WITH HAIL A LESSER THREAT.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
LOCAL SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED.
