            CENTER TEXAS WAS CONSISTENT WITH THAT OF STRAIGHT LINE
            WIND GUSTS TO NEAR 70 MPH. SCATTERED TREES WERE DOWNED
            ON MAINLY THE WEST SIDE OF TOWN NEAR FM 138. 5 HOMES
            SUFFERED MODERATE TO MAJOR DAMAGE FROM FALLEN TREES
            EITHER UPROOTED OR SNAPPED.
