OF THE AREA BY AROUND 11 AM...FOLLOWED BY SCATTERED SHOWERS. WITH LOW
FLASH FLOOD GUIDANCE AND PREVIOUS RAINS ALREADY RESULTING IN SWOLLEN
CREEKS AND STREAMS IN NORTHEASTERN WEST VIRGINIA AND PARTS OF
