Radar indicated much of the heavy rain that was occurring had 
moved out of the area.  However...emergency management 
officials indicate high water continues to impact roads in the 
area.  Runoff from the heavy rain overnight and this morning should 
result in the high water continuing through the afternoon and 
evening hours.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around and don't drown.  Do not drive into areas where
water is flowing over the roadway.  Most deaths occur when motorists
try crossing flooded roads.
