NORTH CAROLINA THIS AFTERNOON...IN ADVANCE OF AN APPROACHING COLD
FRONT. AN ISOLATED STORM MAY BECOME SEVERE...WITH A PRIMARY
THREAT OF DAMAGING WINDS. CHANCES FOR AN ISOLATED SEVERE STORM
WILL BE GREATEST ALONG AND EAST OF THE INTERSTATE 95 CORRIDOR
BETWEEN 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON AND 7 PM THIS EVENING.
