THE MAIN THUNDERSTORM THREATS WILL BE CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...SMALL HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH. THE THREAT OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL INCREASE TODAY...AND STRONGER STORMS MAY PRODUCE A QUICK INCH OF RAIN IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES...LEADING TO STREET FLOODING ACROSS URBAN AREAS AND A RISK OF FLOODING ACROSS AREA BURN SCARS. ONE OR TWO SEVERE STORMS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE ALONG THE I-25 CORRIDOR AND ACROSS THE EASTERN PLAINS...WITH HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF HALF DOLLARS AND WINDS GUSTS TO 60 MPH. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING...BEGINNING OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND SPREADING OVER THE PLAINS.
