.A storm system moving in from the southwest will spread moderate to heavy rainfall
over the upper Monongahela River and Cheat river basins this afternoon and tonight.
1.00 to 1.50 inches of rainfall is expected overnight and combined with snow melt
will lead to rises all along Monongahela River river and flooding at the above
forecast points along the Cheat and Monongahela River.
