ILLINOIS...SOUTHWEST INDIANA...WESTERN KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED NORTH OF A PERRYVILLE
MISSOURI TO OWENSBORO KENTUCKY LINE THIS AFTERNOON. A STRAY STRONG
TO SEVERE STORM WITH DAMAGING WINDS CANNOT BE RULED OUT IN THIS
REGION. AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM WILL BE POSSIBLE SOUTH OF THIS
LINE. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND LIGHTNING WILL BE THE PRIMARY
CONCERNS WITH THE MORE ISOLATED ACTIVITY.

MUCH OF THIS EVENING IS EXPECTED TO BE DRY...BUT CHANCES OF
THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE FROM THE WEST OVERNIGHT. LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL AND LIGHTNING WILL BE THE PRIMARY CONCERNS.

HEAT INDICES WILL TOP OUT FROM 95 TO 100 FOR MUCH OF THE REGION
THIS AFTERNOON.

THE REMNANTS OF BILL ARE FORECAST TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA FROM
MIDDAY FRIDAY THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY. THERE WILL CONTINUE TO BE A
GOOD CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE REGION...ESPECIALLY NORTH
AND WEST OF THE OHIO RIVER THURSDAY THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY.
ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS CAPABLE OF STRONG WINDS AND HAIL
CANNOT BE RULED OUT. GUSTY GRADIENT WINDS COULD DEVELOP FRIDAY
AFTERNOON AND NIGHT AS WELL. ADDITIONALLY THERE IS A CONCERN FOR
HEAVY RAIN...ESPECIALLY FRIDAY THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY. REFER TO
THE HYDROLOGIC OUTLOOK FOR DETAILS. A SMALL CHANCE OF
THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY.
