SOUTHEAST THROUGH SOUTH WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG INTO THIS EVENING AS
A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO AND THEN THROUGH THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIAN
REGION. A HIGH WIND WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE MOUNTAINS...AND A
WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR THE REST OF THE AREA. THE STRONG FLOW
WILL GRADUALLY WEAKEN THROUGH THE EVENING BEHIND THE FRONT.
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL ASSOCIATED THE SHOWERS MAY GENERATE
LOCALIZED MINOR FLOODING
