AT 1232 PM CDT...VERY HEAVY RAIN WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR LOCALIZED
FLOODING WAS OVER SOUTHERN POLK...SOUTHERN BARRON....NORTHERN
DUNN...NORTHEAST ST CROIX AND NORTHWEST CHIPPEWA COUNTY.  RADAR
RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 4 INCHES HAVE ALREADY OCCURRED ACROSS
NORTHERN DUNN COUNTY THIS MORNING.  RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES
AN HOUR ARE OCCURRING IN THE HEAVY RAIN AREA.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 3 PM.

 U.S. HIGHWAY 53 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 110 AND 127.
 U.S. HIGHWAY 61 NEAR MILE MARKER 165.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS FARM AND COUNTRY ROADS. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
