BETWEEN HOLDINGFORD AND AVON HAVE RECEIVED NEARLY 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN
OVER THE LAST 90 MINUTES. THIS IS LIKELY RESULTING IN STANDING WATER
IN LOW LYING AREAS AND WILL RESULT IN QUICK RISES IN THE WATER LEVEL
ALONG SPUNK CREEK IN THE ST. WENDEL AREA.
