continue to rise to near 15.5 feet by Thursday early afternoon.the
river will fall below flood stage by late Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Floodwaters are in the back yard of at
least one home in Martintown. Floodwaters affect Martintown Road
and West River Road in the Martintown area. Upstream in Browntown,
floodwaters affect Highway MM and West Indies Road.

UPPER LOW IS CURRENTLY ON THE KS/OK BORDER AND WILL HEAD TO NRN
MISSOURI BY 12Z MON AND NRN ILLINOIS BY 18Z. THE SFC LOW CURRENTLY
CENTERED AROUND THE KS/NE/IA/MO INTERSECTION LOOKS LIKE IT/S
STARTING TO OCCLUDE THIS EVENING. A MID LEVEL DRY SLOT WORKS
AROUND THE LOW AND SHOULD BRING DIMINISHING PRECIP TRENDS TO THE
SOUTHERN FCST AREA BY 09Z OR SO...THEN SPREAD QUICKLY NORTH. THE
NOSE OF THE LOW LEVEL JET IS POINTED INTO THE AREA RIGHT NOW AND
THE PRECIP COVERAGE IS SIMPLY IMPRESSIVE ON REGIONAL RADAR. IT/S
RARE YOU SEE SUCH A HUGE PRECIP SHIELD...BUT WITH PW/S IN RECORD

MADISON RECORD HIGH OF 59 FOR MONDAY COULD BE TIED BROKEN AS THE
WARM SURGE MOVES IN OVERNIGHT. IT WOULD CERTAINLY BE UNUSUAL FOR A
RECORD HIGH TO BE TIED/BROKEN DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. THE
MILWAUKEE RECORD HIGH FOR MONDAY WILL PROBABLY BE SAFE DUE TO
ONSHORE WINDS. TEMPS WILL COOL EARLY TOMORROW MORNING...BUT WILL
