THE GUSTY WESTERLY WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH NEAR NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND DRY AIR TO PRODUCE NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. LOCATIONS ALONG AND WEST OF A LAMESA TO KERMIT TO ALPINE LINE WILL BE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO THESE CONDITIONS. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY STRONG WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS SUNDAY, THEREFORE A HIGH WIND WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FROM SUNDAY MORNING UNTIL SUNDAY EVENING.
