FOR VERY LARGE HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF BASEBALLS...DAMAGING WIND
GUSTS OF 70 MPH OR HIGHER...AND LOCALIZED FLOODING OR FLASH
FLOODING. LOCAL RAIN TOTALS GREATER THAN 3 INCHES WILL ALSO BE
POSSIBLE. CANNOT RULE OUT AN ISOLATED TORNADO IN THE SOUTHEAST
