SFC LOW CURRENTLY OVER SRN OK IS PROGD TO MOVE NEWD ALONG THE SFC
FNT TODAY AND TONIGHT. THE TRACK OF THIS LOW PRESENTS A NUMBER OF
FCST PROBLEMS THRU TONIGHT. TEMPS WILL BE GREATLY IMPACTED BY THE
TRACK, WITH LOW CLOUDS N OF THE FNT, TEMPS WILL STRUGGLE TO WARM
TODAY. THE BIGGEST QUESTION WILL BE HOW LOW TEMPS WILL DROP THIS
MORNING BEFORE LEVELING OFF. REGARDLESS, IT APPEARS SOME RECORD LOW

THERE IS A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT. ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS.
