...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Flood 
Warning for portions of the following river in west central
Indiana...

  Wabash River...

.Lowland flooding developed overnight along the Wabash River in
Tippecanoe County.  Elevated levels and lowland flooding will
continue through Monday in west central Indiana.  High water not be
as extensive as experienced earlier in March.

Flooding will affect some of the same local roads...river parks and 
agricultural land as seen earlier in the month.


Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go 
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and 
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river 
conditions.

west central and southwest Indiana...

  Wabash River...White River...


.Lowland flooding and elevated river levels will continue into
early April along the Wabash River in west central Indiana and the
White River in southwest Indiana.  High water from Lafayette to
Terre Haute will be similar to that seen earlier in March while
flooding in southwest Indiana will not be as extensive.

Flooding will affect some of the same local roads...river parks and 
agricultural land as seen previously in the month.

.Lowland flooding and elevated river levels will continue into
early April along the Wabash River in west central Indiana and the
White River in southwest Indiana.  High water from Lafayette to
Terre Haute will be similar to that seen earlier in March while
flooding in southwest Indiana will not be as extensive.


Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go 
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and 
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river
