* AT 1034 PM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING 
  ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING.  
  ROUTE 47 BETWEEN MAHOMET AND I-72 IS COLSED DUE TO HIGH WATER.  IN 
  ADDITION...WATER IS FLOWING ACROSS ROUTE 136 NEAR GIFFORD.

  RANTOUL...MAHOMET...FISHER...THOMASBORO...GIFFORD...LAKE OF THE
