GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS TO NEAR 58 MPH AND HAIL UP TO ONE INCH IN DIAMETER WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS. HEAVY RAIN IS ALSO EXPECTED WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS LEADING TO THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH FLOODING OVER SOUTHEAST UTAH AND THE LOWER VALLEYS OF SOUTHWEST COLORADO.
