LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL MAY RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING. A FLASH
FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR AREAS ALONG AND SOUTHEAST OF A LINE
FROM COMANCHE TO SHERMAN THROUGH TONIGHT.
