WEAK UPPER DISTURBANCES EMBEDDED WITHIN THE NORTHWEST FLOW ALOFT
WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO DEVELOP SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A FEW OF THE STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE.
