A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR PARTS OF THE AREA. THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE STORMS FOR TODAY AND TONIGHT. IF SEVERE STORMS WOULD DEVELOP...THEY WOULD OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
