SOUTHEAST KANSAS. DEW POINTS SOUTH OF THE BOUNDARY WERE IN THE UPPER
60S TO AROUND 70 WHILE NORTH OF THE BOUNDARY DEW POINTS WERE IN THE
50S TO LOWER 60S. RADAR TRENDS SHOW A NICE CLUSTER OF NOCTURNAL
CONVECTION ALONG/EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI THAT HAS LOOSELY ORGANIZED
INTO A SMALL CONVECTION COMPLEX. A MUCH LARGER THUNDERSTORM COMPLEX
RAN FROM THE KMCI AREA INTO NORTHWEST TEXAS.

THE CURRENT LOOSELY ORGANIZED CONVECTIVE CLUSTERS ACROSS THE AREA
WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY MOVE NORTHEAST THROUGH SUNRISE. GIVEN THE
HIGH MOISTURE CONTENT OF THE LOWER ATMOSPHERE AND LOW CLOUDS...
SPRINKLES/DRIZZLE COULD OCCUR ALMOST ANYWHERE.

THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY SHOULD SLOWLY MOVE NORTH DURING THE DAY
PROVIDING A FOCUS FOR ADDITIONAL DIURNAL CONVECTION TO DEVELOP.
PARTS OF THE THUNDERSTORM COMPLEX AROUND KMCI MIGHT MAKE IT INTO THE
AREA BY LATE MORNING. HOWEVER...WEAK HEATING AND CONTINUED MOISTURE
FLOW INTO THE AREA WITH UPPER LEVEL SUPPORT SHOULD BE THE MAIN
DRIVERS FOR CONVECTION.
