WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOW WILL CONTINUE
THROUGHOUT THE OVERNIGHT PERIOD...WITH THE AXIS OF HEAVIEST RAINFALL
GRADUALLY SHIFTING TO THE NORTHEAST AS LOW LIFTS NORTH AND FORCING
WRAPS AROUND THE LOW. BAND OF THETA-E ADVECTION WILL LIFT INTO
NORTHEASTERN CWA BEGINNING NEAR 00Z...AND HAVE THEREFORE INCREASED
