* AT 718 PM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED VERY NEAR OGALLAH...MOVING NORTH AT 50 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.
